Currently TiVo lacks the facility of recording two shows at once. Come monday, TiVo plans to sell Digital Video Recorder’s(DVR) with Dual Tuner with the ability to record two shows at once.

Now with the introduction of this feature, users could record two shows in the same programming slot or watch one program live and recording another favourite program simulatenously, thus the complaints of the customers are getting addressed with this new introduction.

TiVo’s new two-tuner model, the TiVo Series2 DT DVR, will be available Monday at retail stores and at TiVo.com. It will be an 80-hour model, costing $99 after rebate. Service fees are extra and cost up to $19.95 a month.
