People really don’t care about how they pollute the earth. Just so long as we can drive our SUV around, microwave our meals and wear funny tshirts we are fine.
Plus, people won’t believe what they don’t want to believe till it’s too late.

The governments of the countries which have not signed Kyoto protocol must be made to understand and accept their immediate responsibility.Each country must be made to follow the rate of use of energy from fossil fuels proportionate to the population as a ratio of the world population. Use of mineral wealth should be similarly controlled.No country should be allowed to generate chemical, electronic and nuclear waste more than what it can recover/rgenarate/nutralise in its own area and no country should be allowed to dump such waste in the Sea or another country.
All agriculture should swich to organic farming and pesticides which do not degrade within 5-10 years should be banned.Total nuclear disarmament must be made mandatory for all countries.Killing of forest animals must be banned,Excess population such animals should be shifted to countries from where they have become extinct.Most important the population of the most dangerous destructive animal on earth,i.e,MAN must be controlled and brought down to year 1900 level in 25 years and then to year 1800 level in another 25 years,achieving year 1600 level in 100 years from now.As a first step one child norm should be mandatory particularly in countries where average number of children per family is two or more than two.Sterilization after two children should be mandatory. Abortion should be made mandatory in case of all Rapes and pregnancies where genetically/potentially defective/deformed/retarded/disable children are likely.
