Search Engine Optimziation (SEO) is one of the hottest keywords in the Internet World. Though search engine optimization has been in practice for quite a long time, even before Google created the search revolution, yet it is after the success of Google, mastering SEO has become a great challenge. The SEO experts, SEO Expert Service Providers and The SEO Consultants have to fine tune their knowledge quite frequently. They need to adjust themselves to the Google dance. Here comes a prestigious competition SEO World Championship 2007. This championship is an annual event and first of its kind. The objective of the SEO World championship is to highlight the advantages of SEO. Apart from this this competition also aims to sustain the technical development within search engine optimization. The main challenge of this contest is for a website to rank as high as possible on the organic search engine results on all 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN). The winner is to be announced based on an average ranking between the selected search engines. On 15th January 2007, the keyword for which the Optimization has to be done willl be officially announced. The contest will end on May 1st, 2007. The first prize winner would get a Citroen C2, while second position runner would win caribbean cruise and the third prize is a SONY Plasma TV.
