I had posted about the landing page optimization issues that i came across in “futurebazaar.com” campaign. Here is another offer that i had received from futurebazaar.

Email from Futurebazaar with Rs.100 Off

The campaign had following copy in it “This Rs 100 Off coupon is applicable over and above the other offers currently running on the site, so go ahead make the best use of the coupon!” with a validity till 28th Feb 2009. Terms and conditions policy was also clearly mentioned, which indicated that this offer was applicable when you buy products worth 1000. Everything seems to be fine so far.

Now there is a banner at the bottom:

I am tempted to click it. I wanted to check whether your book is listed in the offer.

It happened in India and other best seller titles

I have been longing to read this book . I decide to buy this book . Immediately i click the title. This is the screen i see:

Shopping Cart Page with the Price Tag

Now all i see is the price being quoted as “Rs.7500″. I am really surprised, i am infact confused..I click back and check the price again….it still reads only Rs.95. Ok i go one step further…I add the book to the shopping cart and continued with the shopping process giving my shipping details with a hope that there would be some change….Alas, this is what i see..
